System Overview
The MGM 500KVA Inventory Control System tracks parts required for production orders (MJAX). It compares available stock against what is needed and shows shortages in priority order.

User Roles

Status Colors
| Status | Meaning | Action |
| No Stock | Zero on hand | Notify supervisor immediately |

Type your email and password

You will see all tabs: Inventory, MJAX History, Users, Activity Log
Loading a Production Order (MJAX)

Enter MJAX number
Type the order number in the MJAX Order Number field

Enter units to produce
Type the number of units required for this order

Click Load Order
The Required column updates: BOM Qty × Units for every part
Updating On Hand Stock
1
Find the part
Use the search bar or click a metric card to filter

Click the pencil icon
On the row you want to update

Enter the new quantity
Type the actual count on the floor (can be 0)

Click the checkmark
Saves automatically — all users see the update immediately
Completing Units and Closing MJAX

Load the MJAX order
Follow the steps above

Click Complete 1 Unit
Stock is deducted for every part based on BOM Qty

Repeat per unit
Press again each time a unit is completed

Click Close MJAX
Appears when all units are done — saves a final snapshot automatically
Warning: If any part would go below zero, the system warns you before proceeding. You can still confirm if needed.
Managing Users

Go to the Users tab
Click Users in the top navigation

Invite a new user
Enter their email, select a role, click Create User

Share credentials
You will receive an email with the temporary password to forward

Change a role
Use the dropdown next to any user to change their role instantly
5
Reset a password
Click the lock icon on any user row to set a new password

Loading a MJAX Order

Enter MJAX number
Type the production order number

Type the number of units to produce

Updating On Hand Stock

Search or click a status card to filter

On the row you want to edit

Type the real quantity on the floor

Adding or Removing Parts

Fill in the Add Part form
Enter Part Number, Description, BOM Qty and On Hand

To remove a part
Click the trash icon on the row and confirm
Export and Print
Export: Click the Export button — downloads an Excel file with the current filtered view.
Print: Click Print — opens a printer-friendly version of the inventory.

Updating On Hand Stock
Keep the On Hand column accurate. Update it every time you count parts on the floor.

Find the part
Type the part number or description in the search bar

On the right side of the row

Type the exact quantity on the floor — can be 0

Click the checkmark
Saved automatically — status updates immediately
Adding or Removing Parts

Fill in the Add Part form
Enter Part Number, Description, BOM Qty and On Hand quantity

Click Add Part
Part appears immediately in the inventory table

To remove a part
Click the trash icon on the row and confirm
Registering Parts Produced
When production completes parts, register the quantity so it can be reviewed and added to inventory by a supervisor.

Find the part
Search by part number or description

Click the production icon
This opens the production report form for that part

Enter quantity produced
How many units were completed in this batch

Submit
Entry is saved as Pending — a supervisor will review and approve before stock updates
Export and Print
Export: Click the Export button — downloads an Excel file with the current filtered view.
Print: Click Print — opens a printer-friendly version of the inventory.
Tips
• Click the No Stock or Critical cards at the top to filter urgent parts.
• Use the group filters (CDP, BUS, Framing) to view parts by category.
• If you make a mistake updating stock, just edit the part again with the correct value.
• If you cannot find a part, contact your administrator.
FAQ
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Contact your administrator. They can reset your password from the Users tab and provide new credentials.
The inventory shows 0 but we have stock on the floor.
The count has not been updated in the system. If you have Warehouse role or higher, update the On Hand value. If not, notify your supervisor.
Why does the Required column show 0 for all parts?
No MJAX order is currently loaded. An Admin or Editor needs to enter the MJAX number and units, then click Load Order.
A part shows Critical but we have enough on the floor.
The On Hand count in the system is outdated. Update it with the real floor count using the pencil icon (Warehouse role or higher required).
Can I access the system from my phone?
Yes. Open https://mgm-inventory.pages.dev in your phone's browser. The system works on all mobile devices.
