FAQ
I forgot my password. What do I do?

Contact your administrator. They can reset your password from the Users tab and provide new credentials.

The inventory shows 0 but we have stock on the floor.

The count has not been updated in the system. If you have Warehouse role or higher, update the On Hand value. If not, notify your supervisor.

Why does the Required column show 0 for all parts?

No MJAX order is currently loaded. An Admin or Editor needs to enter the MJAX number and units, then click Load Order.

A part shows Critical but we have enough on the floor.

The On Hand count in the system is outdated. Update it with the real floor count using the pencil icon (Warehouse role or higher required).

Can I access the system from my phone?

Yes. Open https://mgm-inventory.pages.dev in your phone's browser. The system works on all mobile devices.

Who do I contact for access or technical issues?
